Product usage guidelines and licence agreement
01What you can do with the sounds
ALLOWED
- Use the sounds in your tracks, beats and compositions, without limits
- Release commercially: streaming, paid downloads, music videos, film, advertising, games
- Process and modify the sounds however you want
- Use them live and in DJ sets
- Create as many tracks as you want — the licence does not expire
- Use them in work for clients, with no royalties afterwards
02What you cannot do with the sounds
PROHIBITED
- Resell the sounds, as they are or inside a new kit
- Share the files with other producers
- Upload them to torrents or file-sharing platforms
- Register the sounds as your own work in content identification systems
- Use the sounds to build a competing kit
- Sell access to the sounds or pass on your download link
In short: The sounds are for your tracks, and not for resale in any form.
03Rules for the plugins
ALLOWED
- Install on all of your computers
- Use in commercial and personal projects
- Receive updates
PROHIBITED
- Transfer the plugin to someone else
- Attempt to crack or modify the code
- Extract sounds from the plugin to build a kit
- Share the installer or the licence key
04Copyright and credit
NOTICE
- All sounds and plugins remain the property of LowHigh Sounds
- You buy the right to use them, not the files themselves
- Credit is mandatory: when using the sounds in a track, credit @rodrisoarez
HOW TO CREDIT
- Track description on streaming platforms
- Album credits
- Video description on YouTube and equivalents
- Social posts announcing the track
